Retrieve Company Documents
At times documents can be misplaced or lost all together, for this you will need to request it from CIPC. This can be achieved in two ways.
- Original Registration Documents
- Certificate of Confirmation from CIPC
Original Registration Documents are all the documents pertaining your company and are held at CIPC’s head offices. They both store a hard copy and a digital copy of your records.
The second option provides you with the Company Registration number, Company postal and physical address and the details of the members of your company.
